Ramblin' Roads RV Resort sits on nearly 300 acres of privately owned property surrounded by BLM land.
We have 177 full hook-up RV sites . Phone service is available to each site via TDS Telecom. We also have a Tent Camping area available for cyclists and individuals. Our two wells provide great water.
The Harquahala and Harcuvar Mts. border us to the east and the sunsets across the Ranegras Plain are breathtaking.
We have an 18 hole Desert Golf Course, Putting Green, Shuffleboard, Horseshoe and Bocce Ball facilities, a night of BBQ Hamburgers and Open Jam Session, Bingo, Golf Tournaments, ATV Poker Runs, Saturday Breakfasts, and classes in Painting, Quilting, Crafts and Line Dancing. We celebrate Birthdays and Anniversaries monthly with a cake and ice cream social. On Friday evenings we have an old fashioned Bonfire and Hot dog roast. There are various dinners, potlucks and entertainment throughout our winter season.
We have one large Rec Hall and one smaller one; two laundry/restroom/shower facilities; an off-site storage facility for extra vehicles and trailers and an RV and Car Wash. Three sizes of storage sheds (for all the 'stuff' you can't live without) are available at an annual fee. RVs can be left on-site during the summer months.
For the outdoor enthusiast, there is plenty of hiking space and hundreds of miles of trails for the ATV enthusiasts with plenty of opportunities for wildlife photos such as Bighorn Sheep, Deer, and other wildlife (like the camels) and desert plants.
Local highlights include Petroglyphs, Pictographs, Intaglios, and Old Mines. Wickenburg (60 miles east) has the Los Caballeros Museum and Vulture Mine. Robson's Mine -- Hwy 71 between Aguila and Congress. Wenden (12 miles east) offers Harquahala Peak Smithsonian Observatory and the gateway to Lake Alamo, one of the top Bass fishing lakes in the US. Bouse (21 miles north on Hwy 72) was Headquarters for General George S. Patton's Tank Training during WWII. Swansea (25 miles east of Bouse) is a copper mining ghost town. Parker (55 miles north on Hwy 72) offers recreation on the Colorado River and the Blue Water Indian Casino. Quartzsite (30 miles west on Hwy 60) offers Gem and Mineral Shows and the largest flea market. And there is more. . ...
